Do you offer a 24-hour emergency locksmith service?
Yes. For emergencies call +34 670 91 48 10 at any time, including weekends and bank holidays.
Where is your shop?
At Pje. de Rafael Aranda Vázquez, 4 · 29670 San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella (Málaga, Spain).
What are your opening hours?
In winter, Monday to Friday 9:30–14:00 and 16:30–20:00, and Saturdays 10:00–14:00. In summer, Monday to Friday 9:30–14:00 and 17:00–21:00. The shop is closed on bank holidays, but the emergency service runs 24 h.
What should I do if I am locked out?
Stay calm, do not try to force the door and call us. We will give you an estimated arrival time and the price before we set off.
Can you change the cylinder on the spot?
Yes, we carry security cylinders, so we can normally change it during the same visit.
Do you cut security keys?
Yes: dimple, lever, tubular and many more. Some high-security keys require the ownership card.
Do you copy chip car keys?
Yes, for many makes and models. Bring the original key and the vehicle details.
Do you copy garage remotes?
Yes, most remotes on the market. Bring the original so we can check the system.
Do you open safes?
Yes: wall, free-standing, electronic and combination safes in homes, hotels and businesses.
Do you work for communities and businesses?
Yes, we work with homeowners’ associations, property managers and local businesses, including master key systems.
