What data we process and why

• Contact form: name, phone, email and message, to answer your enquiry or prepare a quote.
• Calls and WhatsApp: your number and what you tell us, to provide the requested service.
• Customers: data needed to provide the service, invoice and, for security keys, check the ownership card.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form or contact us, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request, and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting).

Retention

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them and for a maximum of one year. Customer data is kept for the duration of the relationship and the legally required periods.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Our technology providers (OVHcloud web hosting and email, in the European Union) act as data processors with GDPR safeguards. If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s (Meta) terms also apply.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@lacasadelasllaves.es or in our shop, stating your name and the right you wish to exercise. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
